This unique and relatively compact site is on the Port Phillip Bay beach front in bayside Melbourne and it continues the practice exploration of the contrast between the rectilinear and curvilinear.

The substantial accommodation requirements in the brief have resulted in a house of some 710sqm; about a third of which is in the basement level. The site is around 460sqm.

West facing ‘view’ windows are protected by external operable aluminium louvres and the curved first floor balcony projects towards the bay and over the pool below.
